The co2 laser marking machine is a laser galvanometer marking machine that uses CO2 gas as a working medium. CO2 laser uses CO2 gas as medium, CO2 and other auxiliary gases are charged into the discharge tube, after high voltage is added to the electrodes, the glow discharge is generated in the discharge tube, so that the gas emits a laser with wavelength of 10.64um. And the laser energy is amplified, scanned by the galvanometer and focused by F-Theta lens, under the control of the computer and laser marking control card, the image, text, numbers and lines can be marked on the workpiece according to the users requirements. The marking is mainly on wood, leather, paper packaging and label paper, marking on plastic products will burn the product to a large extent, so co2 laser is not suitable for engraving on plastic products.
